You might also find it helps to rub in the general area in conjunction as you stroke with the other hand. With testosterone things seem to be more centralized to your genitals, versus estrogen where it seems that area is milder but other parts of the body are more sensitive and need stimulation to get off. Or at least that's been my experience, hopefully this is all of some help to you.

I know it's difficult but try not to let it get to you, since that just makes it worse. I know for myself(M2F) that HRT alone has made some changes in the same regard. It takes time adjusting, and for me it took a change in mindset and technique. Even then there are times where my mindset alone is fully responsible for rather I can get off or not. I'm sure once I have GRS I'll have to start all over again. You might try more of a stroking technique, and to put more focus onto the head.

Aww thanks. :3 Nothing is worse than not being able to get off, and especiallly on testosterone that seems to demand it constantly. Ahh ok surgery in that vicinity definitely isn't helping, last year i had surgery on my tummy pre HRT and that it for about a week. I wish you a speedy recovery and orgasms soon, and hope you can manage to take it easy and relax until then. c:

You're such a sweetheart ❤ I appreciate the tips and advice. After I started T, my sex drive exploded and it's frustrating to have to deal with situations like this when I've already gotten where it's hard to without getting off first. I'll try different technique, but I think the largest problem right now is that I'm sore and hurting from surgery.
